I couldn’t begin to say when I decided to become a writer. I loved reading and even collecting paperbacks as far back as grade school, but doing it myself was not anything I had considered.
Then sometime in 2018 or so, I got to thinking. The espionage genre back in the Eighties had been my favorite and I had always been fascinated by the fall of the Soviet Union as well. These two things ignited a fire within me, leading to RED MOSCOW, my first novel, which I knew would be only the beginning.
Now, six years from that initial conception, my writerly universe has grown considerably.
THE MOTHER RUSSIA THRILLERS
My flagship series tells the adventures of Anastasia ‘Tasia’ Zolotova, former KGB Major General and as the series begins, head of their Special Investigations Directorate. She shares the stage with her co-protagonist (and lover) Jonathan Cole, who is the American assassin codenamed Archangel.
Both Tasia and Jon reunite after twenty-two years in RED MOSCOW right upon the eve of Mikhail Gorbachev’s overthrow in the summer of 1991. It is available now via AMAZON.
Book 2 RED EAGLE is also available now via AMAZON and takes place a year later in the summer of 1992.
It is followed by RED BELFAST (taking place literally four weeks later in that city in Northern Ireland) which will be published in January 2027.
The fourth book RED DEVIL takes our friends to Israel and will be published in January 2028.
THE MORRIGAN STORIES
Morrigan first appeared as a villain in RED EAGLE, but quickly proved to be so popular she demanded her own series.
A prequel series to MOTHER RUSSIA, her stories take place beginning in 1983, and shows how she came to be the ace assassin with the strict moral code.
Book 1 BORN TO KILL will be published in June 2027 with many more to follow.
